LED Display Codes for S700, S300, S600, S400
Valid for S300, S400, S600, S700

A 3 digit, 7 segment LED display is mounted in the front of the servo amplifiers. Operating status, Warnings and Fault Messages are displayed there.
Operation Status

[blank] = 24V supply not connected

CCC = Access problem memory card (MMC / SD), S700 only

- - - = Access problem memory card, wrong FAT-Filesystem (FAT32, MMC / SD), S700 only

-S- = Input AS/STO Enable not connected or 0V, output stage disabled

dUF = Dual Use Firmware. An AL-3A225 (ECCN 3A225) export classified firmware cannot be uploaded to a non Dual Use amplifier. A firmware labelled with "_ND0" must be used.

nd0 = Non Dual Use Firmware (labelled with "_ND0") is used.

nd1 = An AL-3A225 (ECCN 3A225) export classified Dual Use Firmware (labelled with "_ND1") is used.

E = EnDat encoder date read

### = Installed firmware version is shown for 1 sec after switching on 24V

03. = Servo amplifier is 3A current type, flashing dot shows CPU activity

P = Power supply connected, flashing dot shows CPU activity

E = Hardware Enable (standard status), flashing dot shows CPU activity

F## = Fault (number 14, see Warnings and Fault Messages), flashing dot shows CPU activity

n## = Warning (number 1, see Warnings and Fault Messages), flashing dot shows CPU activity

o## = Safety card error number (with S700 only, follows F31, Error Number 2, see file Error Codes, flashing dot shows CPU activity

i## = Safety card error subindex (with S700 only, follows F31, Error Subindex 1, see file Error Codes, flashing dot shows CPU activity
