Delay of Enable Signal

Application which require an automatic software reset:
The servo amplifier monitors error F05/F16, if simultaneously the hardware enable signal and the power supply is switched on, because the hardware enable is recognized before the power supply has loaded all internal mains capacitors.

This can be avoided by starting an internal delay time with Ditigtal Input 2.

Example 1: Servo amplifier warm boot (capacitors loaded)

Setting:

AENA 0
IN2MODE to 30
IN2HCMD WAIT 1000; EN
IN2LCMD WAIT 1000;  EN

Procedure:

Switch on HW ENABLE, IN2 and Power simultaneously. The SW enables with 1s delay.

Example 2: Servo amplifier cold boot (capacitors empty)

Setting:

AENA 0
IN2MODE to 30
IN2HCMD WAIT 5000; EN
IN2LCMD WAIT 5000;  EN

Procedure:

Switch on HW ENABLE and IN2 simultaneously. Power will be sitched via RTO contact with a delay. The SW enables with 5s delay.

The maximum value for WAIT is 5000=5s. You can sequence several WAIT commands in series.
