Stepper Basic Software for Old Pac-Sci Stepper Drives

When trying to connect to old / obsolete Pac-Sci stepper drives that call for Stepper Basic software, use the PacCom software.

NOTE: This software was designed to be operated on Windows 3.1, as was distributed on 5.25" disks.  It will not run on modern PC's.
