ZPOS

this feature is activated in endat encoders when MENCTYPE=9. ZPOS command sets offset of the encoder simulation index.

The ZPOS range should be: -2*MENCRES*SININTOUT..(2*MENCRES*SININTOUT-1).

But no range check was implemented, to allow changing the parameter
at enable (implementing range check would have lead to entering CONFIG process).

The ZPOS index is qualified with A and B signals high. This means that the resolution of ZPOS command is 1/4. ZPOS 0, 1, 2, and 3 will generate the index pulse at the same location.
