4.) 180,000,000 / MENCRES (encoder-feedback systems only)
5.) 192,000 / MRESPOLES (resolver system, MRESPOLES>8)
Note that 24,000 is the highest value VMAX can take. VMAX is used to limit VLIM and VOSPD.
