MFOLDR

sets the recovery time for motor foldback. After the drive enters the motor foldback state (MFOLD=1), and the current folds back to MICONT, this is the minimum amount of time that the current should be held at 0 before it is allowed to be MIPEAK for full MFOLDD time again.
