pulse up/pulse down mode added with ENCOUTMOD command.
0 - encoder simulation A/B (default).
1 - encoder simulation pulse up pulse down.
2 - added due to ucb1 - ucb2 compatibility issues

default is 2
and in sw resolver encoutmod default is 0 (again to keep compatibility)
