Active disable mode. Is a switch mode variable which can change the
VCMD saturation availability:
0 .) Regular operation of active disable.
1 .) Don’t let the velocity command (position command output)
to change sign during active disable until the drive is disabled.
When active disable occurs - VCMD is tested for its sign.
If VCMD at entering active disable is greater than 0, VCMD while drive is performing active disable is limited to >= 0.
If VCMD at entering active disable is less than 0, VCMD while drive is performing active disable is limited to <= 0.
