1. MOTIONEERING Application Engine Installation File

Summary of MOTIONEERING v6.7.0 program and data changes from the previous version:

A. New Product
 • Add  EnDat 2.2 feedback option to AKM2G/AKD systems. These systems now include resolver, SFD3, DSL, and EnDat 2.2 feedback.

B. Product Data Changes:
 • Update all performance curve data for AKM2G/AKD systems with Resolver, SFD3, and DSL feedback.
 • Update AKM2G motor specification data.

C. Features & Other Update:
 • On Size System screen add new feedback filter options SFD3, HIPERFACE DSL Capacitive, and EnDat 2.2. Change existing HIPERFACE DSL Sine Encoder option to HIPERFACE DSL Optical. Change existing SFD option to exclude SFD3.
 • On Search Results screen, add instruction to click on column headings to sort results.
 
D. Bug Fixes:
 • Fixed error on display of Electric Cylinder speed-force curve.
 • Fix bug which incorrectly excluded AKM1-7 from search results with HIPERFACE encoder feedback filter selected.

2. MOTIONEERING software v6.7.0 has been tested for proper operation on the following Microsoft®
Windows® operating systems:

	 • Windows 7 Professional
	 • Windows 10 Pro

    Operation on any operating system not listed has not been tested.  Computers used for testing have hardware driver support for the CPU, video display, monitor, mouse and keyboard only.  It is not recommended to operate this software on untested operating systems or versions.  No support is available for operation on untested operating systems.  Please be aware that installation of other software and hardware components may result in improper operation of this software.  Since it is not possible for Kollmorgen to test all possible hardware and software configurations, you may experience operating difficulties under such circumstances.

3. To install v6.7.0, download file "maesetup670.EXE" to a temporary location, close all other Windows applications, and double-click the file to execute the installation routine. This installation will not overwrite a previously installed version. User must be logged in as Administrator, or have password access to an Administrator account in order to successfully install Motioneering.

To update an existing Motioneering installation to v6.7.0, download file "maepatch670.EXE" to a temporary location, close Motioneering and all other Windows applications, and double-click the file to execute the patch update routine. Alternatively, you can update automatically from within Motioneering by selecting menu Options > Update MOTIONEERING when you have an active internet connection.

4. To uninstall prior versions of MOTIONEERING Application Engine, select Start Menu > All Programs > Kollmorgen > Motioneering Engine > Uninstall Motioneering Engine.  WARNING: Project data created in that version will be lost unless it is first "Exported" using Motioneering menu Project > Export All Projects.

5. To save project data from any version of MOTIONEERING Application Engine, first select (highlight) the project you wish to save.  Then, from the "Project" menu option, click "Export" and choose a file name and destination folder. An "Export All Projects" option is also available, which will save all projects to a single .exp file.
