I realized that last few words of your comment is really important,
and it can be the key point.

I mean we had already suspicion on timing issue but did not know specifically.

Until then i gathered some input data:
-applied parameter list to our system in xml
-i have checked the manual description

i found some contradiction as the "FBUS.PARAM02 0" in our xml,
but based on the settings in TwinCAT it should be 1.
I guess if enabled, this bit is 1.
Enabled os disabled mode is the used case typically?

What would be your suggestion to be the most important setting to modify or check?
