Food Safety Update: Using the Joint Collaboration Process to Implement New Criteria for Hygienic Equipment Design for Low-Moisture Foods
Time: 12:00 PM EST
Duration: 60 minutes, including LIVE Q&A
Last year, the Engineering Solutions Group in PMMI’s OpX Leadership Network published One Voice for Hygienic Equipment Design for Low-Moisture Foods. The document is divided into two sections: one on the design criteria themselves and one on a Joint Collaboration Process (JCP) that enables both CPGs and OEMs to improve collaboration within their respective organizations and between them as well.
This webinar will focus on ways CPGs and OEMs can use the JCP to implement these design criteria by getting all stakeholders on board with project goals and desired outcomes. Presenters will share case studies featuring actual and potential implementation strategies to achieve One Voice when it comes to hygienic equipment design for low-moisture foods.
