Sumit Kopallu

As a Senior Application Engineer, Sumit brings 12 years of experience in motion control and automation to Kollmorgen’s India team. He has supported OEMs, distributors and end users across India and overseas, working with a variety of products including PLCs, HMIs, drives and motion controllers. Sumit enjoys providing onsite support for installing and commissioning Kollmorgen products and is a proven problem-solver for multi-axis machines, with particular strengths in camming, gearing and indexing table applications. Sumit holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Fergusson College, University of Pune.
