AKM2G & AKM Low Voltage DC Servo Motors
AKM2G and AKM Low Voltage servo motors provide the same dynamic performance of our standard motors, but with winding optimized for 24–96 Vdc bus input. They are ideal for battery-operated applications such as mobile robots, portable medical equipment, AGVs and more.

Derived from existing AKM2G and AKM electromagnetics, these servo motors incorporate low voltage windings that have been hand-selected by Kollmorgen engineering to deliver optimized performance for axes with low voltage power input requirements.
AKM2G and AKM Low Voltage variants are available with a wide range of configurable options and features—plus OEM-specific co-engineered solutions—as offered in our larger AKM2G and AKM product portfolios.
Features:
- AKM2G variants rated for 24–96 Vdc: One design size with stall torque range 1.73 to 3.83 Nm, and motor speeds up to 8000 rpm.
- AKM variants rated for 24–48 Vdc: Three design sizes with stall torque range 0.18 to 1.25 Nm, and motor speeds up to 4500 rpm.
- CE Compliant / UL-Recognized (U.S & Canada)
- Identical motor construction, design features and benefits as base AKM2G and AKM servo motor series.
