XMP-SynqNet

XMP-SynqNet® Series controllers provide high-performance motion control, with servo update rates up to 20kHz for 4 axes. These 32-bit controllers support up to 64 axes and nodes, incorporating a real-time 32-bit floating point DSP for optimum control of complex machines that require high levels of coordination and synchronization. They are serviced for existing customers only. For new applications, we recommend the ZMP-SynqNet Series

    • Fits CompactPCI-3U slots
    • Processor: Analog Devices SHARC DSP, 64-bit floating point40 MHz/150 MFLOPS
    • Connectors: choice of RJ45 or Micro-D 9-pin SynqNet In/Out connectors; Micro-D 15-pin I/O connector
    • Optional 9-pin CANopen connector available for virtually unlimited user I/O
    • Ideal form factor for high-vibration environments, enhancing machine quality, reliability and uptime
  • XMP-SynqNet-CPCI-6U:
    • Fits PMC slots
    • Processor: Analog Devices SHARC DSP, 64-bit floating point40 MHz/150 MFLOPS

  • XMP-SynqNet-PCI:
    • Fits half-size PCI slot
    • Processor: Analog Devices SHARC DSP, 64-bit floating point40 MHz/150 MFLOPS
    • Connectors: RJ45 SynqNet In/Out connectors and a high-density D-15 I/O connector
  • Can be programmed with either the MPI programming library for C/C++ or the MPX programming library for Visual Basic .NET and C#
  • Over 16,000 bits of digital I/O and 1,000 points of analog I/O
  • Real-time diagnostics over SynqNet®
  • Self-healing, fault-tolerant operation using ring topology
  • Hot-replace allows replacement of nodes without network shutdown
  • Servo loop update rate: user-programmable up to 20 kHz (4 axes)
  • Connectors: RJ45 SynqNet In and Out connectors, high-density D-15 I/O connector
