Using Motioneering with Windows8

Does anyone have any knowledge of an issue with Motioneering which cannot save, export or import?

I tested Motioneering version 6.4.0 on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.  It seems to work fine.  There were no issues with save, save-as, export, or import.

We have it running on several Windows 8 machines (and working fine).  It's just one particular PC ... wondering if were missing a file or driver etc ... have tried re-installing several times ... any ideas???

I am loading Motioneering on a new Win 10 computer.  I can get Motioneering to install, but no files will import nor can I see any new project name I try to setup.  Attached are two documents.  What I am seeing on the screen and my system.

Motioneering desktop edition version 6.7.0 runs on Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit.

Here is a link to the Motioneering page: https://www.kollmorgen.com/en-us/service-and-support/technical/motioneering/motioneering/

If you can't get it to work, I would suggest using the online version of Motioneering.
