Dear Sir/Madam,

I setup the AKD PDMM controller with motor  using wake and shake method.

I found that the every time i perform the wake and shake, it give result pass but every time motor phase angle value are different every time.

Is it normal?  if not, what can be possible wrong?

the motor also pass auto tune and can run using service motion.

One of the basic functions in the drive of a brushless servomotor is the commutation. The commutation is the current transition of one winding of the motor to the next winding. Only in case of a correct commutation time respectively a correct commutation angle there is correct synchronism of the motor with perfect efficiency and minimum thermal load.
There are different possibilities to evaluate and adjust the commutation angle (parameter MPHASE).
