SafePLC KSM

I purchased the Kollmorgen SafePLC KSM software. It comes on a usb stick, I insert the stick into my usb port, No Driver Found. Windows did a search of my local drive and the internet and found no driver. Thoughts?

Just an information for the community:

The red USB stick is the license key (hardlock) for the KSM SafePLC programming tool and is delivered together with the software CD / DVD.

Please, get in contact with the vendor or your local sales responsible, if either the key or the software is missing.
