Regen circuit fault F18

I have a servostar 610 S61000 that would run for about 15 minutes when started and then it stops displaying error fault F18. The fault would come again immediately after resetting and starting. Internal resistor is used and all settings are ok. What could be the problem and what are the possible fixes other than replacement if any?

I received your comments through the email but I do not see them posted here. Anyway, there is no brake used in the motor and the settings were checked and are correct. In the mean time I’m getting a replacement one but I need help where can I get firmware Version 7.02.
