I am using an AKD-P01206-NBEC to drive an AKM64K-ANA2GK motor and am wondering if there is anyway to configure the analog output of the AKD drive to output a signal relative to the motors temperature.

No. Motor temperature is not a selectable function for the AKD drive's analog output. You can see the allowable selections in the Workbench analog output screen or in the help documentation for AOUT.MODE.
