Cartridge DDR with 110V | 26 Oct 2015 | |

Cartridge DDR with 110V

The Cartridge DDR Catalog only list 230, 400, and 480 VAC as voltage options for Cartridge DDR's. How much would the speed be affected if i use a C041A with 110 VAC? Is there a Speed torque curve available for this?

You can run the DDR and Cartridge DDR motor on a drive connected to 110, 115, 120 VAC.  You will just get a lower maximum speed, about half of that with 230VAC.  You can see the performance curve for 160VDC (115VAC to the drive) using the Motor Curves spreadsheet tool on our website.  It is on the CDDR page and Manuals tab.  http://www.kollmorgen.com/en-us/products/motors/direct-drive/cartridge-c-and-ch/cartridge-ddr/
