AKD WorkBench (version 126.96.36.19928) Has Problem
I had message like attached photo during connection between driver (AKD-P00607-NBCC-D000) and PC.
Why does it happen this message? What I do for solving this problem?
Please, give me your advice.

Have you tried to set a static IP in your computer. That should allow you to connect to the AKD drives
- Go to your computer Network Sharing Center
- Go to your Ethernet Connections
- Select Properties
- Set a Static IP Address:
Make sure the IP address’s first three Octave are the same as your drives IP Address and set the Subnet as shown
If your network is using a VPN or Firewall you need to get your IT Department to help you figure out the issue.

I am beginner for Kollmorgen Driver.
Popup is disappeared. I don't know why it is disappeared. When I try to do again, Poup is disappeared. But It does not communicate between PC and driver.
Strange thing is no show Model Number(AKD-P00607-NBCC-D000) and Firmware version.(refer to enclosed ppt file)
I think that model number and firmware version is shown.
