AKD torque monitoring

Hi,

I have this drive AKD-P04807-NBEI-0000 connected to Contrologix PLC and am using Studio 5000 ver 24 software. I wanted to monitor the running torque of the motor. Anyone knows how and what parameter do I need to extract to give me the actual value?

The AKD  drives do not  provide a direct motor torque parameter.  The user has to calculate the motor torque by using the motor's current feedback "IL.FB" ( units are Arms) and the motor 's "Kt" torque constant  (units are  N-m/Arms).  The formula to use for this calculation is “Motor Torque  (N-m)”  = IL.FB * Kt .  The "Kt" torque constant of our motors' have +/- 10 percent tolerance.
