AKD PDMM Profinet Communicaion Error

I am using.
KAS Version: 2. 10 Build 2, 10, 0, 65048
Firmware KAS-PDMM-M-MCEC-2.10.0.65048.img
Previously I test the Contorller offline using S7-315 PLC, it all run ok and today i put in into production,
I face the error log as attached file.
What possible go wrong and any setting i need to take care?
Do I need to upgrade the firmware and KAS IDE?

If you say put into production what changes on the network does this imply?
Is there some more information form the S7-315 side about the connection?
Have you tested with the latest KAS 2.12, as it includes also the latest update to the Profinet Stack?
Any chance you can provide the application or the fieldbus part of it for better understanding?

S7-315 side also show connection not stable.
Some how after few hours, the connection back to normal.
I only have KAS 2.10, when can I get KAS 2.12?
