AKD Firmware

I have a customer who is attempting to do a firmware upgrade due to them getting an F402 error. Drive is an AKD-B00606-NBAN-0000.

Current FW: M_01-10-00-00-003

New Firmware trying to load: AKD-B-NBAN-V01-15-00-001.i00

When they try to do the upgrade they get an error message: Firmware File Validation Failed. Firmware File Dosn't Have Correct Format.

Any ideas what they may be doing wrong?
