Block I/O
Block I/O provides expandability
for applications that require I/O beyond what is available on the control and
drives. A simple four-wire connection provides access to up to 77 I/O blocks
that can be mounted locally or up to 200 feet apart. Installed near the sensors
or loads under control, these compact, self-contained, rugged devices can
significantly reduce machine size and assembly costs.

Discrete Output
Our discrete output
modules include a 16-point 24 VDC source module for powering individual loads,
a 120 VAC module for switching up to 8 individual AC loads, a relay module with
8 relay contacts, and 4-channel outputs providing 4-20mA or +10 VDC signaling.

Discrete Input
Discrete input
blocks include a 16-point 24 VDC module, a 16-point 24 VDC module/J, and an
8-point 120 VAC module. These modules convert sensor signals into binary logic
that the CPU can use.

Discrete Input/Output
We offer a 24 VDC
module with 8 input points that provide digital signals to the CPU, and 8
output points for powering individual loads. Our 2/2/2 channel module has two
stepper outputs, two encoder inputs and two 24 VDC inputs.

Analog Input
Our block analog
input module is designed to interface with voltage or current output devices to
monitor factors such as pressure, flow, speed, position or temperature. We also
supply a resolver input module and a J-K thermocouple input module.

Analog Input/Output
This module’s input
section connects to voltage output devices to monitor factors such as pressure,
flow, speed, position or temperature. The output section has four independent
D/A conversion channels that convert a 16-bit digital word into an analog
output signal.

Stepper
Each channel of the
5-Axis Integrated Stepper Module can control one stepper motor and receive data
from one encoder.
