Display
DISPLAY - Typically used as a user interface for the AGV or lift truck user for driving / load handling functions, diagnostics and setup.
Kollmorgen display products are designed for lift trucks and other electrical vehicles. They are used to display status, warnings, errors and diagnostic information and to change vehicle settings and operating modes. Large graphical screens allow for displaying multiple vehicle functions and status.
The display can be used both as a unit with keyboard usage and as a display showing various status messages and alerts. Normally two types of users are working with the display in different access modes. A service user can access the menu-system with functions for diagnostics, setup, password administration, program versions, and others. Functionality for different users makes it possible to implement different modes for different drivers. An operator log with an hour meter is integrated into the control panel for convenient access to vehicle data. All strings and configuration in the display is stored in EEPROM for added flexibility. Language can be changed by downloading new strings with the Vehicle Service Tool and other compatible tools.
Kollmorgen offers two types of displays: Basic OPT10 and premium OPT100. The display is a CANopen slave unit, but also takes on some master functionality when accessing parameters in the various units in the system.
